As a former Certified Public Accountant, Mark completed certification as a Human Behavior Consultant in 2002 through Personality Insights of Atlanta, Georgia.He then established Understanding U to offer training and consulting services utilizing The Ultimate Discovery System.
Mark is passionate about sharing the many dynamics of behavior and relationships, emphasizing on business and family situations. Outside of the business world, Mark treasures time spent with his family...taking his 'girls' fishing, facing off with Nintendo Wii challenges, telling corny jokes at the dinner table, laughing and making memories while still fnding a bit of time for golfing and following his favorite Minnesota sporting team competitions.

Kimberly Sellnow is a resourceful woman: committed wife and involved mother, business leader and dynamic speaker.Since 1997, as a Beauty Advisor, Kim has been focused on empowering women to maximize their natural beauty and helping them make a great first impression every time they walk through the door.Over the last seven years, Kim has added to her skill set with many training courses focused on the Model of Human Behavior from the Insights Institute in Atlanta, GA. Today she is recognized as a Human Behavior Specialist. Kimberly is uniquely qualified to merge these two areas helping people 'flip the switch' in their lives. Her greatest joy comes when light bulb moments happen for others - when people are empowered and released to celebrate who they are and get more out of life. Through her speaking and training, she challenges women of all ages to embrace their strengths, understand others and experience a more confident, all together woman.Kim has a refreshing and energetic style, that will engage and inspire women to become all they were created to be.
Determined to take in all that life has to offer, Kimberly embraces the time spent with her family and friends, loves to travel the world, has a thing for ice cream...and is now authoring her first book. On a trip to Sydney Australia in March 2010 she co-founded The Wisdom Project. She spends a vast amount of her time these days following one of her passions - connecting with people. This wisdom book is a collection of stories from women all across the globe sharing what wisdom means to them personally.
Mark and Kimberly make their home in suburban Minneapolis along with their two wonderful daughters. For over eight years, this couple has applied The Ultimate Discovery System to enhance their personal lives, strengthen their marriage and empower their children.
